The weekly rate includes the rent of the Villa with garden and private pool, agency's commission and taxes in accordance with Italian Law, bed linens, bath towels, cold/hot water, gas for cooking, final cleaning.
Payment Details: Deposit 50% upon booking.
The 50% Outstanding balance is due within 30 days prior to the arrival. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Only 20 minutes driving from Lucca, a few km from Collodi, Pinocchio’s village, and Pescia a lovely small town. Deep in a wonderful countryside… this villa lies in the middle of a huge lawn and offer its guests a wonderful garden with salt water pool.
The Villa consists of two floors and measure about 130 square metres.

The kitchen is open onto a large terrace provided with table and chairs and umbrella for your breakfast, lunch and dinner al fresco
The Living Room is open onto the garden,
The garden which is flat and very large is really well kept. The owner takes a grand care of it. in the middle of the lawn the salt-water pool offer a jacuzzi area and a cervical shower. Enjoying the sunset from here is unforfgettable. The Pool water can be heated if you wish (extra price). No dangerous for kids as the property is completely flat and secluded and they can run and play all around without any problems.
The villa comes with air co in every room and all the modern comfort like dishwasher and washing machine.
The owner lives on the lowest floor of the villa in a completely separated apartment with its own private access and he will not t use the garden or the pool during your stay unless for the dayly necessary maintenance. He is available to help you if any problems and he must take care of the garden and the pool but he is very reserved and if you don t want you will never see and meet him. He would be pleased to offers you his property products like olive oil, wine and eggs….
The Villa is located in Gragnano about 13 km away from lucca's walls. Driving it takes you less than 20 minutes. In 10 minutes driving you get to Montecarlo a lovely medioeval village where you will find some very good restaurant like Restaurant La Nina, Restaurant da PierFrancesco and Restaurants La Torre and some others.
Also this is the Montecarlo wine area so you can visit several farms producing wine and olive oil as well as on the hill above the villa, Gragnano Petrognano and up to Matraia you will enjoy a beautiful countryside - the most panoramic setting around Lucca and you can taste wine and our typical food in the numerous farm all around.
Along the road to Lucca ( very flat and easy to drive) you find supermarket and grocery stores.
On the other side, towards east, you can easily get to Montecatini and Florence.
