All'Antica Manifattura has been a delightful apartment to live in. It is fully furnished and the layout is well designed. There is one big bedroom and a smaller one for guests or it can be used as a study/office. There is tons of storage in closeted space at the entrance to the apartment. The kitchen is cosy and quite efficient with plenty of countertop space for meal preparation. Of course, it is furnished with all the pots, pans, and utensils. The location is great. It's quiet and provides quick access to the walls and convenient to shopping and other necessities. Also, the neighbors are friendly.
The owners have done a nice job with the furniture. Speaking of the owners, they couldn't be any nicer. They were a pleasure to get to know and are always responsive.
No review would be complete without mentioning the apartment manager, Debora Del Sonno. She's an extremely pleasant person, always available and helpful with any issues and advice for the tenants. We've worked with Debora for going on four years and I cannot say enough good things about her. Debora speaks fluent English, a major plus for visitors to Lucca.

Our month stay in Lucca was made memorable by this comfortable, well located apartment and by the excellent management of Debora and her staff at Lucca Holiday Homes. The owners of the apartment totally updated and remodeled everything. It has a well equipped kitchen and is conveniently located inside the wall. All the major attractions as well as shopping are a short walk away. We spent the whole month in Lucca with only one or two day trips and were never bored. We highly recommend Debora and this apartment. We are already planning our next trip to Lucca.

The apartment was lovely and in a great location if you want to be in the centre of Lucca. Paola met us from the transfer and gave us some really helpful information on where to eat and see etc. We tried most of the restaurants Debra suggested and found they were excellent and really helped us have a fantastic holiday. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Lucca Holiday Homes.

Of our 9 country world trip Lucca and Debora's service for our Lucca stay was the highlight - everything running like clockwork. The apartment was absolutely lovely, large, tastefully decorated and we thought well located. As the informtion provided on arrival by Maria Lucrezia and the extensive information in the folder at our apartment was so useful we didn't have to call on Debora's assistance. The exception was when our daughter was leaving on Sunday to return to London and was feeling unwell. We contacted Debora and she was able to quickly organise car transportation to the airport with our daughter delivered safe and sound. Debora is a true professional and we would not hesitate to use her services again (to stay at All' Antica Manifttura - of course) ciao

This was our second stay in Lucca and both times we booked our accommodation through Lucca Holiday Homes. The apartment, All' Antica manifattura' was very comfortable with all the modern amenities for a perfect stay (Wi-Fi, air-con, separate shower, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, washing machine, etc). It was wonderful to return each day after a long day sightseeing to our home-away-from-home.

We absolutely loved our days in Lucca and "our" apartment could not have been better. It perfectly combined beauty and comfort: the old ceiling from the original building, the gorgeous wood floors, the fabulous kitchen, the restful colors, plus all the furniture was cozy and comfortable. It was a pleasure to come back after a day of exploration and feel like we were "home". We also really appreciated all the information you provided, Deborah. I think we tried every restaurant you suggested and every single one was wonderful. We all fell in love with Lucca. Thank you so much!

.We fell in love with Luccca -- it's great location, the beautiful surrounding countryside, the culture, the people, the food and the shopping made it a perfect vacation spot. The apartment was everything we were told it would be -- very clean and comfortable,the modern updates were great and it was equipped with everything we needed. We loved that it was so close to "the wall" so we could enjoy an early morning walk with the "locals.". We would definitely stay there again on our next visit. (which we are already planning!!)

To any who read this and are thinking of visiting Lucca, you will not find a more charming city and wonderful people. We had the most fantastic time. The apartment was better than the pictures, very modern and clean.
Debora is wonderful, she met us at our car and took us to our apartment. There was a bottle of wine, water, drinks and biscotti for us.
The meal's in Lucca were delicious.
With a car (I recommend a GPS), we were close to many quaint hillside villages, such as Volterra. And only an hour away was a train to the towns of Cinque Terre.
I think we left a little bit of our heart in Lucca and will definately come back!
