The weekly rate includes the rent of the apartment and the use of the pool, agency commission and taxes in accordance with Italian Law, bed linens, bath towels, cold/hot water, electricity and final cleaning. The weekly rate does not include central heating. Payment Details: Deposit 50% upon booking. The 50% outstanding balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival day. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
The Villa Sara is located in Piano di Mommio, only 20 minutes driving from Lucca, a few km from the sandy beaches of Versilia and its main facilities. The towns of Camaiore and Pietrasanta are 10 minutes driving away.
Deep in a very panoramic countryside, it is located in a short distance to the mini-market and pizzeria… and 10 minutes driving from the motorway junction.
It is dated back to the late sixties and it has been just renovated. The architect-designed restoration has raised everything to very high quality in a contemporary style where everything is essential. Nothing more than.. Essential.
It is divided into two large apartments which are totally separated. The guardians of the property live in the apartment on the ground floor but they cannot join your garden nor pool.
Your apartment is the one on the first floors and consists of two levels.
On the entrance level (first floor) you find yourself in a large open-space all open onto the panoramic terrace with living room with a very modern open fire place, dining area both inside and outside on the terrace, very modern and fully-equipped kitchen.
On this level you also have two queen sized bedrooms and a single bedroom sharing a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath tub.
Upstairs (about 12 steps), on the first (attic) floor you have another queen size bedroom with a bathroom with shower enclosure (which is also turkish bath) and a small wellness area with cabin sauna and a small gym for your exercises.
A working piano is at your completely disposal as well the office- corner with a lap top and printer.
WiFi and Air Co throughout the house.
The garden offers peace and quiet with its large swimming pool with jacuzzi area personally designed by the owner.
Furniture have been chosen with extreme care. They all are essential and modern blended with some antique pieces . All the painting are very colorated and the most very interesting: by Sara, the owner's daughter... so nothing you can also find some where else. Windows are paintings by themselves... overlooking olive oil trees surrounding the most of the property.
The main feature of this place, after the beautiful and so original pool, is without any doubts its terrace and the panorama it offers... really unforgettable... it is facing east-south-west and you can enjoin the sun all the day long. Dining outside after a day at the beaches or sightseeing all around may be very pleasant! Everything is greening all around and makes a very relaxing setting.
Self Catering Property: no staff, no maid, no breakfast nor meals, no hotel services. No daily stays: minimum a week. Lease in accordance with the italian Law 431 - 9 dic 1998 art.1, comma 2 letter c).
Certification of energy performance: awaiting IPE certification from the owners.
