The apartment 8 is a very large and absolutely bright (third) top floor apartment with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Furnished. It consists of an entrance open onto the day area which offers a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table comfortable for six, two sofas. The two windows facing south get a lot of light and a suggestive view. The night area comes with a large double bedroom with a queen sized bed plus a single bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds and has private bathroom with shower in the corridor. There is also an utility small room with washing-machine. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and comes with dish-washer and safe.

The Unit 8 is probably the best apartment of the building. Maybe only my personal opinion but i really love it. It is so spacious and so bright! … I feel everybody happy here: no doubts at all.

About the LOCATION
The building is located in Via Pelleria at number 25 (venticinque) .. west side end of Lucca historic centre. Quiet area, far enough from crowds and stores to avoid daily life noises and at the same time only few steps from everything. Groceries, cafès, bars, restaurants and all the major historic sites … everything is only few steps away from the front door. The access to the promenade of the city's walls is just at the end of the street. This is a perfect location and allows everybody to discover Lucca historic centre and its beautiful surroundings both by car and public transportation.

About the BUILDING
25 - Venticique is the name of a just restored building dated back to 1630 as the inscription MDCXXX still visible on the external facade still attests. The entrance of the building is large, clean and opens onto a (private) garden. Admiring a beautiful antique stone washboard you go upstairs and find three apartments on the first floor (17 steps), one apartment on the second floor (36 steps) and three apartments on the third top floor (56 steps)… you can choose between different alternatives for your stay in Lucca, short or long… Important detail to know is that is that the building is just restored, very well kept, very clean.. steps are large… I am sure you will feel very comfortable and relaxed here …

Debora, you are an absolute delight to work with! From the very beginning when we contacted you about staying somewhere in Lucca, you have gone out of your way to make our trip a wonderful adventure. You and your team exceeded our expectations.
The information in the apartment about Lucca was especially. We had a couple of dinners at recommended restaurants, shopped at Gino Frutta and had cappuccino at Dolce Vita. The apartment is so close to everything. The beds so comfortable, bright and sunny. We can't wait to return! Ciao!

The whole experience was excellent great information at booking met at the property by an informative and pleasant member of the team Paola and the information provided at the property was comprehensive and beautifully and clearly presented making film use of the teams very personal local recommendations and advice about the property and Lucca and all Local facilities and points of interest . Debora who moves on the same building was very helpful contactable immediately if needed and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated well equipped spacious warm tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable with great wifi a wonderfully well Organized property and great team to coordinate and support us brilliant we will definitely be repeating our visit to this apartment in Lucca
