The weekly rate includes the rent house, its garden and private pool, agency commission and taxes in accordance with Italian Law, bed linens, bath and pool towels, cold/hot water, electricity, WiFi and final cleaning. Payment Details: Deposit 50% upon booking. The outstanding balance is due within the arrival day. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Al Casino dei Papi is a just restored, charming, detached stone-built country house. It lies on the top of a hill in the northern area of the Lucca countryside only 8 km from its ancient city's Walls. It is completely independent and far from any noises. The house is approached via a steep and narrow gravelled (not paved) track which leads you from the main road to the house in less than a 1 km (but consider that 1 miles=1,6km) The garden is surrounding the house and offers the guests a truly unforgettable view all around. Quietness and peacefulness is what you will find there. But also flowers, plants of any kinds, birds and butterfly. There are a lot of lovely hiking and walking in the nearby.
The house consists of two floor:
GROUND FLOOR: living room , separated kitchen kitchen , a bathroom with shower enclosure and a laundry room. The kitchen is full-equipped with everything you may need: microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, moka for Italian coffee, 5 fire place cooker, electrical oven. the Television is provided with a satellite system for watching some foreign channels. Cd and Dvd player are provided. Also, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board
FIRST FLOOR: Three Bedrooms (Two double and One twin) and two bathrooms (one with a bath tub which is also shower the other with a jacuzzi bath tub whihc is also a shower). A cot or a little bed for child can be always provided.
EXTERNAL AREA: The garden is surrounding the house. It is a terraced garden. The first level, just outside the house offers its guests a table with chairs and umbrella for having breakfast or dinner al fresco. There is a stone-built barbecue and a wood oven. A lovely corner of the first level of the garden has been arranged with white chairs and a little table to relax talking or reading or admiring the panorama.
The lowest level of the garden offers a very well-kept swimming pool measuring 10x5 metres. Chairs, table, umbrellas and sunloungers have been provided in the pool area where there is also a cold/hot shower.

Self Catering Property: no staff, no maid, no breakfast nor meals, no hotel services. No daily stays: minimum a week. Lease in accordance with the italian Law 431 - 9 dic 1998 art.1, comma 2 letter c).
Certification of energy performance: awaiting IPE certification from the owners.
